Brendan O'Toole Named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under Hot List

The annual list recognizes attorneys who "are among the top young talent in their respective litigation communities in the U.S. & Canada."  Brendan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with a focus on financial services litigation, defense of claims brought under various consumer protection statutes (Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), class actions, professional liability defense and business torts.
