2022 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Program

Mike Lord will speak at the 2022 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Program on Thursday, February 3, 2022.

The event will be hosted by the North Carolina Bar Association and will be an in-person, live CLE program at the NC Bar Center in Cary with a live webcast option. Mike will speak on "Covenants Not to Compete." This session will cover trends with the enforceability of non-competes in the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government. Recent decisions of significance rendered by North Carolina courts will be discussed as well.
