Addressing Workforce Gaps in Northern VA through International Student Retention

Bill Benos served as a webinar panelist for the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce (DRCC) – International Business Council Businesses and the Virginia SBDC. The panel covered opportunities to employ international students and graduates as well as the resources available through universities to support these hires.

Bill was joined by panelists from George Mason University, the Northern Virginia Community College and regional employers as they spoke on the current environment for hiring international students and how businesses can tap into this highly skilled pool of workers.

The webinar was a success, with over a hundred participants, of which there were several businesses and institutions of higher education to which Bill showcased the Williams Mullen education team's expertise.
