CLE SEMINAR: Gender in the Workplace: What Employers and Employment Lawyers Should Know
Hosted by the Bar Association of the City of Richmond
This CLE will update employers and employment lawyers on the changing laws affecting gender and gender relations in the workplace. The #metoo movement and other recent developments have changed how employers try to prevent and correct harassment and defend resulting lawsuits. Our panel will review an employer’s responsibilities when it receives a sexual harassment complaint and outline potential LGBTQ issues in the workplace and likely future developments.
Panelists are Laura D. Windsor of Williams Mullen, Lauren Fisher White of Christian & Barton, LLP and Barbara Queen of LawrenceQueen.
