Energy Webinar Series: Virginia Energy Legislative Update
Join us Friday, March 28 from 11:00 – 11:35 am EST for our annual Virginia Energy Legislative Update webinar. We will cover several important pieces of energy legislation that were passed during the fast-paced 2025 General Assembly session.
The webinar will be hosted by Brad Nowak, Partner and Co-Chair of Williams Mullen’s Energy practice group, where he will be joined by Chris McDonald, Director of Government Relations.

All passed legislation remains subject to Governor Youngkin’s action (sign, amend or veto) by March 24. In addition, we will discuss energy-related budget amendments and several siting bills which did not pass during the session.
