Ethan Ware, Ryan Trail and Sean Sullivan to Present at the NCMA Environmental, Energy, Health & Safety School
Ethan Ware and Ryan Trail will present a session titled “WM-3 Revisions to HW Generator Improvement Rule Including Proposed Redefinition of Hazardous Waste,” where they’ll discuss EPA revisions to hazardous waste generator and pharmaceutical requirements and how they may (or may not) affect your hazardous waste management practices during the North Carolina Manufacturers Alliance’s (NCMA) Environmental, Energy, Health & Safety School.
Sean Sullivan will present a session titled “WQ-3 1,4-Dioxane: The Problem of Water Quality Based Effluent Limits for Toxic Pollutants without Numerical Water Quality Standards,” where he’ll discuss narrative water quality standards and the regulations implementing the 1987 amendments to the Clean Water Act to establish water quality based effluent limits for emerging contaminants like PFAS and 1,4-dioxane.
