As part of the 2023 North Carolina CLE Institute, Paul G. Saunders II and Patrick R. Hanes introduced various ethics issues through the presentation of hypothetical case scenarios and corresponding analyses. The case examples discussed would allow attendees to advise their organizations on how to avoid ethical pitfalls.
