Environmental issues are inherent in many M&A transactions and require counsel’s careful assessment, explanation and guidance to manage certain technical aspects of successful deals.

In this edition of the Williams Mullen M&A Webinar Series, featuring Environmental & Natural Resources Partner, Jessie King, along with M&A Partner, Greg Bishop, will focus on defining environmental risks in mergers and acquisitions at the outset of a deal, and how these can be mitigated by practical counsel. Jessie will also touch on which environmental deal elements may be impacted by priorities being outlined by the new administration.
