Preparing for the UCC “Battle of the Forms”

As part of the 2023 North Carolina CLE Institute, Miles S. Bruder and Alexander M. “Zan” Gormley discussed the “Battle of the Forms” when contracting for the purchase of goods. They provided a general overview of the UCC “Battle of the Forms” and covered various issues in sections of Article 2 which may arise when contracting with vendors and suppliers.
