Troy Johnson to Speak at VSB Health Law Section Webinar: "The Modernization of Health Care Decisions Acts"

Troy Johnson will be speaking at an event sponsored by the Virginia State Bar Health Law Section titled “The Modernization of Health Care Decisions Acts.” During the event, Troy will provide insight on the Uniform Health Care Decisions Acts, the updates made in 2023, Virginia’s Health Care Decisions Act, advance directives in Virginia, and recommendations for integrating elements of the Uniform Health Care Decisions Act into Virginia's legislation.
