Amy Pruett Discusses Songwriter Association's Copyright Infringement Lawsuit

Last week, ASCAP,  the organization that collects royalties for songwriters and artists, filed a federal lawsuit against 12 establishments for copyright infringement relating to the licensed needed to play music at a bar or restaurant. One of the establishments is located in Virginia Beach, and Williams Mullen attorney Amy Pruett discussed the lawsuit in an interview with WAVY-10.
