Brendan O'Toole Writes Article on Document Subpoena Compliance for the Journal of Civil Litigation
Brendan O'Toole recently wrote an article titled "Cost-Shifting and Document Subpoena Compliance Under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia" that was published in the Journal of Civil Litigation, which is published quarterly by the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
The article answers the question of how lawyers can help their clients recoup significant expenses incurred in responding to third-party document subpoena requests.
