Chris McDonald was quoted in a Cardinal News article that referenced the firm’s webinar, “Virginia Solar & Energy Storage 2022 Legislative Update.”

The Cardinal News article, “Is Virginia at a solar crossroads?” shared some of Chris’ thoughts from the webinar regarding the solar industry’s reaction to the HB 206 bill.

“The bill generated ‘enormous opposition’ from the solar industry, he said. The tech industry – in particular, the energy-hungry data center sector – also opposed it, as did groups in the clean energy realm like the American Clean Power Association. Both the Virginia Farm Bureau and the Virginia Agribusiness Council supported it.”
