Corporate Attorney Rakesh J. Parikh Joins Williams Mullen

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Rakesh J. Parikh has joined the firm’s Corporate Section in our Richmond office.

Parikh focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, entity form advice, company formations, corporate governance, and securities offerings. He has experience with a wide range of commercial contracts including vendor contracts and technology and intellectual property agreements. He also has experience advising on intellectual property, technology, insurance, finance and general regulatory matters.

Before joining Williams Mullen, Rakesh served as senior counsel for a global insurance company and as general counsel for a leading national fuel distributor.

Parikh received his Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary School of Law, along with his Master of Business Administration degree from William & Mary School of Business. Parikh received both his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from North Carolina State University.
