Corporate Attorney Victoria McCauley Joins Williams Mullen in Virginia Beach

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Victoria B. McCauley has joined the firm’s Corporate Section as an associate in its Virginia Beach office.

McCauley focuses her practice on assisting clients, ranging from private businesses, owners, startups, and investors, with a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic transactions for growth companies.

McCauley is experienced in drafting equity incentive plans, corporate structures, buy-sell agreements, and in M&A transactions. She also navigates clients through corporate structuring while analyzing their growth objectives.

McCauley earned her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.
