Corporate Partner Beth Hungate-Noland Rejoins Williams Mullen
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Beth Hungate-Noland has rejoined the firm’s Corporate Section as a partner in the Richmond office.
Hungate-Noland focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and corporate governance. She also counsels clients in a variety of industries on joint ventures and other strategic alliances.

Hungate-Noland began her legal career with Williams Mullen in 2003. She rejoins the firm after spending several years serving as a Managing Director at Markel Ventures, where she led acquisitions and supported the Markel Ventures family of companies.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.
