Dave Albo Discusses Development of Medical Cannabis Licensing Process in Virginia

This year, the Virginia Board of Pharmacy will issue licenses to allow a medical cannabis oil dispensary in each of Virginia's health service areas. The deadline to apply to receive one of the licenses was June 8. Williams Mullen's Dave Albo, who as a state delegate sponsored one of the first bills to sanction CBD oil use, discussed the ongoing process in a recent story from the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
