Elizabeth Chapman Named to Inside Business' 2024 Top Forty Under 40

Williams Mullen is proud to announce that Elizabeth S. Chapman, a partner in the Financial Services & Real Estate Section, has been named to Inside Business' 2024 Top Forty Under 40 list. According to the publication, this list recognizes young professionals who they deem are successful in their careers and involved in the Hampton Roads community.

Chapman’s practice focuses on commercial and multifamily real estate and finance. She represents national, regional and local clients in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial property, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments.

Through her work with low-income housing tax credit developers, she actively contributes to the Hampton Roads community by increasing the availability of high-quality affordable housing for its residents. As a native of Hampton Roads, Chapman possesses an intimate understanding of the community's needs.
