Environmental Attorney William Kuriger Joins Williams Mullen’s Columbia Office

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that William “Bill” Kuriger has joined the firm’s Environment & Natural Resources Group in our Columbia office.

 

Kuriger represents businesses and industries in environmental and health and safety matters. He helps clients maintain compliance with constantly evolving environmental laws and regulations. His practice also involves advising businesses with challenges involving stormwater and wastewater permitting, wetlands, solid and hazardous waste, Superfund sites and Brownfields redevelopment.

 

Kuriger earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the articles editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
