Experienced Real Estate Partner David Hillman Returns to Williams Mullen
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that David L. Hillman has returned to the firm as a partner in its Real Estate Practice in the Raleigh office after serving 12 years at a boutique law firm.
Hillman counsels developers, investors and lenders in a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including development, sales, acquisitions, and leasing for both landlords and tenants. With a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in these transactions, he provides strategic legal counsel to protect clients’ interests at every stage.
Hillman is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality legal services tailored to the specific needs of each client, including institutional landlords, private property owners, developers, and corporate tenants. He has handled numerous leasing transactions and complex deals, ranging from small retail spaces to large-scale developments.

Hillman earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he served as chair of the Moot Court Board, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
