Firm Represents DroneUp in Acquisition of AirMap LLC
Williams Mullen advised DroneUp in its acquisition of AirMap LLC, an airspace management software system for drones, helping the company continue to cement its position as a leader in the unmanned systems industry. John Paris led the deal along with Pat Tomlinson and Anne Domozick. Others integral to the transaction included Tom Frantz, Megan Italiano, Craig Mytelka, Chris Skinner, Tony Anikeeff, Nick Vretakis, Jenny Connors, David Burton and Anna Derewenda.
