Firm Represents Long-Time Client Leesa Sleep in Sale to 3Z Brands
A corporate deal team led by partners John Paris and Anne Domozick, with associates Pat Tomlinson, Lauren Pennington and Nick Vretakis, represented trailblazer Leesa Sleep in its sale to 3Z Brands, a vertically integrated manufacturer, direct-to-consumer brand portfolio, wholesaler, and retailer of sleep products. Leesa Sleep is a direct-to-consumer online luxury mattress company that offers American-made mattresses and sleep products delivered directly to consumers' doors or via high-end retailers.
Advice was also provided on financing by Mike Kelly; on tax by Conrad Garcia and Jenny Connors; on intellectual property by Craig Mytelka; on employment by Amanda Weaver; on benefits and compensation by Brydon DeWitt and Allison Carlon; on data privacy by Rob Van Arnam; on environmental by Jessie King; and on import/export compliance by Chris Skinner.
Williams Mullen has served as legal counsel to Leesa Sleep from its formation in 2014 to present, advising on several rounds of financing throughout the years in addition to vendor contracts, licensing agreements, real estate and more. We couldn’t be more thrilled for the team at Leesa.
