Jim Burns Quoted in Aishealth Article on UnitedHealth/Change Antitrust Case Appeal

Jim Burns was recently quoted in an article by aishealth.com called "Post-Close Appeal in UnitedHealth/Change Antitrust Case Is ‘Unusual’ Move."

The article covers the acquisition of Change Healthcare, Inc. by UnitedHealth Group, a $13 billion deal that has taken nearly two years to complete. After the acquisition was completed, the U.S. Dept. of Justice filed a notice of appeal. In reference to these events, Jim stated “the fact that, after losing their challenge at the district court level, the DOJ and the states waited until after the deal closed to file their appeal is somewhat unusual.”
