Kevin Pomfret Recognized Among Virginia Business Magazine's “100 People to Meet in 2023”
Kevin Pomfret was recognized among Virginia Business Magazine's “100 People to Meet in 2023.” This is the fourth annual list of “100 People to Meet,” which highlights individuals from a variety of industries across the state. Pomfret and his fellow “Innovators” represent industries that include everything from geospatial law to agriculture and are described as “visionary trendsetters and entrepreneurs” who keep the Commonwealth new and relevant.
Pomfret serves as chair of Williams Mullen's Unmanned Systems team and as co-chair of the Data Protection & Cybersecurity practice. As a former satellite imagery analyst, he is also a thought leader in geospatial technology with almost 30 years of experience in the geospatial community.
Pomfret also founded and is the executive director of the Centre for Spatial Law and Policy, and a member of the National Geospatial Advisory Committee. A recognized industry leader, he is called on to speak around the globe on this growing topic critical to issues of privacy, national security and economic development.
