Kyle Wingfield Co-Authors Virginia Section of ABA Sales & Use Tax Deskbook

In August 2018, the American Bar Association published the 2018 edition of the Sales & Use Tax Deskbook, which is a resource for in-house tax professionals, attorneys, and accountants that compiles information about sales and use taxes from every state that imposes them. Williams Mullen attorneys Stephanie Lipinski Galland and Kyle Wingfield co-authored the Virginia section of this edition.
