Litigation Associate Justin Feinman Joins Williams Mullen

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Justin Feinman has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation section. Mr. Feinman joins Williams Mullen from Spencer Shuford LLP. He represents clients in a variety of litigation areas, including commercial litigation, civil litigation and product liability defense.

“We’re excited to welcome Justin to the team,” Litigation Practice Chair Turner Broughton said. “He’s a quality attorney who will add depth to our bench.”

Mr. Feinman also has experience representing clients in insurance defense claims, contract disputes, commercial real estate transactions and estate planning. He assists clients throughout the litigation process, from pre-filing advice to mediation, settlement negotiations and trial.

Mr. Feinman is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Richmond Bar Association and the Richmond Claims Association. He is also a member of ChamberRVA’s HYPE program, and he serves on the committee for the Richmond Bar Association’s Bench-Bar Conference. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
