Litigation Attorney Brian Gibbs Joins Williams Mullen’s Columbia Office

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Brian H. Gibbs has joined the Litigation Section as an associate in the firm’s Columbia office.

Gibbs focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, involving product liability defense, business disputes, financial services and environmental litigation, as well as appellate issues. Before joining Williams Mullen, Brian served as a law clerk to The Honorable Blake A. Hewitt at the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

Gibbs is licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he received the CALI Award for Advanced Legal Writing, and his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University.
