Nathan Kottkamp Addresses Ransomware for AHLA Magazine

The American Health Law Association (AHLA) included a section on “Beware, Ransomware: Considerations When System Access Exceeds the Value of the (Digital) Assets” authored by Nathan Kottkamp in the “Top Ten Issues in Health Law 2022” article in their January 2022 Health Law Connections magazine.

The article discusses cybercriminals and why it’s essential to have a logistical plan in place to deal with any potential damage they may cause, both operationally and financially.
