Nowak Re-Elected to MDV-SEIA Board of Directors

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Brad Nowak has been re-elected to a two-year term on the Maryland-DC-Delaware-Virginia Solar Energy Industries Association (MDV-SEIA) Board of Directors. Nowak was one of eight individuals elected to the board by fellow member companies. MDV-SEIA is a regional solar industry trade association with over 150 member organizations, representing over 10,000 solar jobs in the region.

As co-chair of Williams Mullen’s Solar and Renewable Energy practices, Nowak advises developers, investors, lenders, owners and operators on solar, wind and other renewable energy projects throughout the U.S, including the development of utility-scale and distributed generation (DG) solar projects, with particular focus on projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S.
