Phil Hamilton is a former Virginia lawmaker who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for bribery and extortion. On the heels of the Supreme Court's decision in the case involving former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, Hamilton is appealing his conviction in hopes of getting it overturned.
