Preston Lloyd Helps Bonaventure Realty Group Win Land Use Rezoning Approval for 125-Unit Senior Living Facility

On May 16, 2019, the Henrico County Board of Supervisors approved a land use rezoning request that will permit Bonaventure Realty Group to build a $25 million, 125-unit senior living facility in the Carriage Hill apartment community.
