Preston Lloyd Represents Buyers in Broad Street Real Estate Deal

On Feb. 29, a 53,000-square-foot building on East Broad Street in downtown Richmond sold for $3.52 million. Williams Mullen Real Estate attorney Preston Lloyd represented the buyers – Broadway Investors, LLC and Broadway Partners, LLC – in the deal.
