Tom Frantz Discusses Hampton Roads-Richmond Mega-Region Initative with Inside Business

Nearly a decade ago, an initiative began to combine the Hampton Roads and Richmond areas into one mega-region. A combined mega-region would be the 17th largest in the U.S. On Oct. 16-17, Tom Frantz, who is spearheading the initiative, was part of a two-day inter-regional visit to analyze each region's assets.
