Tom Frantz Named Chair of GO Virginia's Hampton Roads Regional Council

Congratulations to Tom Frantz, who was recently named chair of GO Virginia's Hampton Roads Regional Council. The council is one of nine regional councils throughout the state which aim "to foster private-sector growth and job creation through state incentives for regional collaboration by business, education, and government."
