Tom Johnson Helps Client Win Approval for 288-Unit Apartment Complex in Southern Pines, N.C.

On June 11, 2019, the Town Council in Southern Pines, North Carolina unanimously approved plans from Zimmer Development Company to build a 12-building, 288-unit apartment complex. Williams Mullen Zoning and Land Use attorney Tom Johnson represented Zimmer Development throughout the development process.
