Williams Mullen Adds Lauren Fussell to Litigation Practice

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Lauren Fussell has joined the firm as a Litigation associate in Raleigh.  Ms. Fussell spent the past two years as a U.S. District Court law clerk for Judge Ronnie Greer in the Eastern District of Tennessee.  She will represent clients involved in a variety of litigation matters - including commercial litigation, civil litigation and regulatory proceedings - in state and federal courts.

In addition, she will work with the firm’s White Collar and Investigations team and assist clients facing investigations by state and federal regulatory and enforcement agencies.

“Lauren is an exceptional talent.  Her federal court experience will be an asset to our team in North Carolina,” Carolinas Managing Partner David Paulson said.  “She can hit the ground running, and she has a bright future.”

She earned her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Campbell University, where she was the managing editor of the Campbell Law Review, and she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina.
