Williams Mullen Adds Three Attorneys in Richmond - Sept, 2021
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Camila Conte, Sam Lee and Max So have joined the firm. Ms. Conte joins the firm’s Labor, Employment & Immigration Section, Mr. Lee joins the firm’s Financial Services & Real Estate Section and Mr. So joins the firm’s Litigation Section. All three are based in our Richmond offices.
Ms. Conte assists clients with immigration matters, advising them on business and individual immigration issues. She has experience in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based cases, family-based green card applications and removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
She earned her first law degree from Universidade Candido Mendes, in Brazil, magna cum laude. She later received her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where she was a member of the moot court.
Mr. Lee represents national, regional and local clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing (landlord and tenant), construction, financing, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence and closing.
He earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School and earned his B.S. from the University of Kansas. While in law school, Sam served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Christopher C. Conner of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. So focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, administrative law and appellate litigation in addition to general civil and criminal matters. He has experience with mergers and insurance disputes as well as claims brought under various consumer protection statutes.
He received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the Vice-President of Fundraising for the Public Interest Law Students Association. Max earned his B.S. from Ursinus College.
