Williams Mullen Advises Space Technology Provider in Capitalization from ATL Partners
Williams Mullen served as deal counsel to Geost, a technology and services developer of infrared sensors that helps detect and prevent potential threats to satellites and other U.S. assets in space, in an investment by ATL Partners, a private equity firm that targets investments in the aerospace, transportation and logistics sectors.
The deal team was led by Greg Bishop, Forbes Thompson and Lauren Pennington with assistance from Bob Korroch, Jenny Connors, Brydon DeWitt, Marc Purintun, Amy Pruett, Chris Skinner, Nona Massengill and Kevin Pomfret.
