Williams Mullen Closes Sale of Dynamic Mobile Imaging to DispatchHealth
A Williams Mullen team led by David Lay and Cathy Zhang represented Dynamic Mobile Imaging in its sale to DispatchHealth. The acquisition will expand DispatchHealth’s growing mobile diagnostic services and aid in bringing complex care into patients’ homes.
The team was assisted by Ed White, Anna Derewenda, Laura Windsor, Lori Schweller, Kaitlin Cottle, Emily Harrison, Brydon DeWitt, Joy Heath, Joel Johnson, Elizabeth Ritchie, Rebecca Ivey and Gary LeClair. Matrix Capital Markets Group, Inc. provided merger and acquisition advisory services to Dynamic Mobile Imaging in connection with the transaction.
