Williams Mullen Helps Erickson Living Acquire Land for Assisted Living Complex

On May 1, 2018, Erickson Living, a Maryland-based developer and owner of retirement communities, announced plans for a 1,450-united assisted living complex at the West Creek Business Park in in Goochland, Va. The planned development, which will include living and parking spaces, restaurants, retail shops, a fitness center, a library and more, will add to Erickson’s portfolio of 20 senior-living communities in 11 states.
