Williams Mullen Helps Evonik Corporation Establish $15 Million Research Center in Chesterfield County

The Williams Mullen Economic Development team recently assisted Evonik Corporation, a creative industrial group, in the acquisition of a facility to be used as the site of a Business and Innovation Center. The Germany-based company will be investing $15 million in developing the new research facility, creating 50 new jobs in Chesterfield County.  The real estate transaction was led by Jonathan Frank, with assistance from Ryan Kenrick, and Pat Gottschalk handled the negotiation of a State and Local incentives package.
