Williams Mullen Helps Real Estate Firm Acquire Retail Property in Richmond

In June, Richmond-based real estate firm Harper Associates closed on a $525,000 purchase of the building and surrounding property at 6935 Forest Hill Ave in Richmond. Harper’s acquisition of the building, which had formerly been home to a tattoo parlor, represents a new phase of development for the adjacent shopping center, The Shops at Stratford Hills.

Several Williams Mullen attorneys assisted Harper Associates with the transaction, including Joey Noble and Elizabeth Carr, who closed the acquisition of the property, and Preston Lloyd, who is assisting with land use approvals related to the expansion of the Shops at Stratford Hills.
