Williams Mullen Helps Tarleton Oak LLC Win BAR Approval for Five-Story Office Building in Charlottesville
Last week, the Charlottesville Board of Architectural Review approved plans for a mixed-use development including a five-story office building on East High Street in Charlottesville. Ashley Davies and Valerie Long represented Tarleton Oak during the design and approval process, including at the board’s meeting last Tuesday. The infill development at a prominent gateway to the downtown area will also include a two-story parking garage and future plans include 56 apartments to be built on top of the parking garage.
