Williams Mullen Represent C-Store Franchise in Sale to PMG
A deal team led by Rakesh Parikh and Claire Gross represented Fayetteville-based Li'l Thrift Food Marts Inc. and its affiliates dba Short Stop in the sale of their 43 petroleum marketing and convenience retail stores to Petroleum Marketing Group Inc. (PMG). Supporting the deal team included Grayson Orsini, Jessie King, Chris Trusk and Jennifer Morgan.
