Williams Mullen Represents Andretti Petroleum Group in its Sale to H&S Energy, LLC and its Affiliates

A Williams Mullen team of Otto Konrad and Kaitlin Cottle served as legal counsel to Andretti Petroleum Group in the sale of its convenience retail, fuels distribution, cardlock, fleet card, commercial fueling, car wash, lubricants and transportation businesses to H&S Energy, LLC and its affiliates.

The Andretti Petroleum Group is one of the largest convenience retail and fuels distribution companies in the West founded by Mario Andretti, Michael Andretti, John Caponigro and M.J. Castelo with nearly 170 convenience retail and fuels distribution assets in California, Oregon, and Washington.
