Williams Mullen Represents The C.F. Sauer Company in Sale to Private Equity Firm
On July 31, 2019, Falfurrias Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, closed on their acquisition of The C.F. Sauer Company, a Richmond-based spice, extract and mayonnaise manufacturer that had been family owned for 132 years. A multidisciplinary Williams Mullen team led by Charles Cabell and Larry Parker, along with attorneys from the firm’s corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, intellectual property, employee benefits, environmental and tax practices, represented The C.F. Sauer Company during the transaction.
