Williams Mullen Represents Kitzuma in Merger with Australian Company
Attorney Amish Patel represented Kitzuma LLC, a North Carolina-based cycling logistics company, in its merger with BikeExchange Limited, an international public company based in Australia that distributes sporting and recreational goods. Supporting Amish on this transaction included Aaron Spencer, Anna Derewenda, Janet Cho, Carmelle Alipio and Courtney Reigel.
