Williams Mullen represented The Income Tax School, Inc. in its sale to a Pennsylvania-based, e-learning company, KnowFully Learning Group, which is part of NexPhase Capital, LP.  Knowfully is a leading provider of end-to-end professional education in the accounting, finance, and healthcare sector.  The Income Tax School was originally formed within Peoples Income Tax, Inc. before being spun out as a separate entity.
