A team of Williams Mullen attorneys led by Rob Tyler, Aaron Spencer, Mike Lord, and Will Rabke represented office supply company Lonesource in its sale to the Fortune 200 retailer Staples (Nasdaq: SPLS).  Mr. Tyler handled the Lonesource corporate, equity and debt financing, and acquisition work for 13 years.  In recent years, Messrs. Lord and Spencer handled the Company’s employment and litigation matters.  The transaction closed on Aug. 26^th.
