Williams Mullen Represents Trilogy Communications, Inc. in its Sale to Marmon Holdings, Inc.

A Williams Mullen team comprised of Greg Bishop, Forbes Thompson and Channing Martin represented the majority shareholder of Trilogy Communications, Inc., Trilogy Acquisition Company, which is an operating company of Falcon Affiliates, in its sale to Marmon Holdings, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company. This transaction will allow Marmon Holdings, Inc. to further its goal of increasing wireless communication capabilities.
